Violins of J. Charotte are hard to find (not to be confused with Joseph Victor Charotte),
Certificate included ! Beautiful brown/orange oil varnish/patina - and fine carved corners and fine inlay.
Good choice of woods - a two-piece back , very elegant head !
The violin is in good retsored condition for its age,and its ready to play - no sound post cracks, some overall innocent craqueled varnish wear near the edges,back,and ribs,(age). .
This beautiful violin has a beautiful full and warm sound timbre, and is perfect for playing chamber music or
orchestral music.
New tailpiece and strings included.
This violin has a full and full singing open, but warm tone. length back: ca. 360 mm
