Active in Pisa from 1936. Self-taught maker.
Personal and classical models.
Well finished.
Highly respected as a repairer and restorer.
Awards at Cremona 1937, 1965, 1973.

I had to luck to play this Piero Badalassi violin, and I like the sound of this instrument.
However, I always prefer to play the old Italian violins, ok, but for the violin player who does not want or can spend such a big amount of money,this Badalasi violin is another good violin to consider I think.
