A very nice French silver mounted violin bow made by Louis Morizot (père - father) - ca 1930.
Louis Morizot is known for his collaboration with Sartory.
This is a fantastic bow ! The bow bears the original Morizot brand stamp on the stick - and comes with a Raffin cerificate.
Louis Morizot won the Grand Prix at the first exhibition Artisanale de Paris in 1924.
Gold medal at the Exposition Artisanale de Paris in 1927
The beautiful dark brown pernambuco stick, is round shaped - with a refined elegant design and a good balance.
All parts original. 
The length of the stick is around 72.6 cm and the weight of the bow is around 60.4 gr.
The bow is ready to play, with new grip and hair, a beautiful ebony frog.
This Morizot violin bow feels very comfortable in the hand, its responds fast and produces a strong violin tone.
