A beautiful certified French violin made by Paul Audinot in Paris.
Highly regarded maker - Paul Audinot violins are hard to find, and are from the best quality.
Paul Audinot was the son of Victor AUDINOT, and served his apprenticeship under his father until 1922.
In 1922 he established his workshop in Houilles and in 1939 joined the workshop of R. & M. Millant in Paris
as first collaborator.

This beautiful violin is wearing its original label, and comes with a certificate of authenticity, by J.F Rampal in Paris.
A very beautiful two - piece back.
The fine varnish is attractively textured with an orange-brownish colour.
The tone is open but warm, well projected and strong.
This Paul Audinot violin responds very easily and has a well balanced tone in all the registers of the violin.

The violin has a small professional repair at the table, (non important place).
New tailpiece and strings included.
